The following information may answer some questions about E-Transfer.  For more information or assistance, please contact the bank you deal with for their help.

Which financial institutions participate in the INTERAC e-Transfer service?

The following financial institutions participate in the INTERAC e-TransferTM service:


Participating financial institutions offer their Online Banking customers the ability to send INTERAC e-TransferTM and to receive them quickly.

Customers at non-participating Canadian financial institutions cannot send INTERAC e-TransferTM and cannot use Online Banking to receive them; however, they can receive and deposit the transfers using the CertaPay process.

In order to send a transfer, you must register for Online Banking at a participating financial institution and know the recipient's name (Long Point Ratepayers’ Association) and e-mail address  (info@longpointrpa.com). Almost anyone with an e-mail address and a Canadian dollar bank account at a Canadian financial institution can receive a transfer.
